How the Harena works

Find your idea
The idea won't come to you. You have to go look for it. You get exercises that make you think about your edge and what you could build, plus a Friday market report on what's working and where the opportunities are.
II
Step onto the sand
Pick your idea and declare it. Set the first goal that gets you closer to launch.
III
Fall, get back up, go again
It won't be easy. Miss a goal, you get a scar. You reflect on why, then set the next one. Scars are good. They mean you're trying. The only way back to the stands is quitting. Don't.
